The weather today was by far the best we've had this year. It hit about 80 degrees, and was sunny almost all day. Now, in a city like Chicago, weather like this isn't exactly typical, especially in March. Many people took advantage of the nice weather and made their way outside, Melissa and myself included. I, of course, took the opportunity to wear shorts since it was such a fine day outside. Much to my chagrin, I came to realize that I was one of the only people who had this same train of thought. As I walked around outside, I discovered that about 90% of the people outside were wearing pants. What the hell? IT'S 80 DEGREES OUT! This is weather normally reserved for May or June. And yet here we are, in March, and shorts are nowhere to be found. Chicagoans everywhere should be ashamed of themselves.
